Hello friends,
i changed the name of my AROS-Box from ArmigaOne to AresOne because of the licence-problematic - just don't want to get any problems
with Amiga Inc. in the future.

Meanwhile the Logo-contest runs great.... It ends in 6 days.

News sum-up:
Cinnamon Writer port for AROS (bundled with Hardware) - if the port takes longer you will get the disc for free
Frying Pan update soon (Registrated Version bundled with Hardware)
Pagestream (optional Bundle- terms have to be cleared before release)

Hi guys,

i'm glad to anounce that Claus Desler will port his really nice Cinnamon Writer to AROS!!!

This piece of gold will be part of A-live 09.

What A-live 09 is:

-Its planed as equivalent to Iwork and Ilife from Apple
-It will include apps for burning CDs/DVDs, imaging, writing and so on for AROS and (i will try it) for AmigaOS 4.1
-Every armigaOne i will sell will includes it
-it will be sold as standalone disc and digital download for around 29Euro (downloadversion will be less expensive)

What is the benefit for the community?
-at first it is a solution to get more developers interested in developing for AROS
-AND: Every developer who take part of the whole thing gets his fair amount of the money

Please if you are a Free- or Shareware-developer feel free to contact me. Be part of the whole!

This means that we get the chance to attract users with the armigaOne because they get a nice PC(Windows) which is able to run Icaros as its best
plus i will use 25% of the erarning to refund the developement of AROS and related projects. Besides this i will work to ensure that ARES Computer customers which bought a armigaOne will get the best experience of all.

Besides this we finished our homework, this means we have choosen the basic Hardware of the armigaOne(basic means that it is expandable).
