Download Broadway X (the AROS part of AEROS) for ARMEL based distributions.

But brave one's can have a look and give feedback if there are thing which don't work as they should, compared to plain AROS hosted (ARM).

PS: Clicking the linux-icons will not work because they need the lx-command.

Lx-command for x86 is a Hollywood app done by Fabio Falcucci (Programmer of the ultimate Amiga Media Center and EMULA the emulator launcher).
ARM version will be done by Michal because there is now Hollywood support.

Roadmap is as follows:

Within the next weeks/ asap working AROS hosted on armhf instead armel
Than getting Hollywood to produce ARMhf binaries.

Well i have shared beta 2 again with only 4 nice people : )

BUT today I managed the following (killed AEROS 32bit):
- Start from Scratch debian AMD64 (Scratch means from NetInstall)
- Made a clean installation of only „necessary“ linux apps like:
Blender, Gimp, Abiword, Gnumeric, ATI Catalyst (AresOne Onboard driver), Chromium-Browser, Flash, Thunar, Openbox, Tint2
- Added my rescued Aros Broadway X from AEROS 32Bit (beta 3) -> in order to make 32Bit AROS running on 64Bit Linux I have installed
all necessary ia32 libs.
- this time i don’t add commercial stuff to the beta because i wan’t to share it with you. This way we can get it developed faster.
I will listen every week to your wishes and ideas -> every sunday I will upload a new iso or offer updates.

Yeah „Up2date“ from Broadway is still there.

AEROS will also come with experimental AROS ABI v1... this will be continually updated and focused on (That’s the future of Broadway native)

Before release i need to add the following again:
MuCommander
PiTiVi
Wicd

This is done in seconds... but not today, it is late ; )

AEROS alpha 2 iso will be available soon.
Invitations for the „Ares Zone“ will be send out asap (step by step).

Invitations are going to AROS developers, promoters, ARES customers, AMC customers.

Broadway 0.6 should be ready in a week.

AEROS will be the fastest OS for any ARM „desktop“ system.

Today i am uploading the first AEROS alpha iso.

AEROS is 25% AROS Broadway, 25% Linux, 25% Windows and 25% AmigaOS 3.1 (or AROS m68k in the free version)
A 4in1-sytem.

Since AEROS weights a bit more (hosting/ traffic) i will offer the beta only for selected people like devs/core users/ and AresOne customers.
You will find it in the X section on the top menu of this website. Invitations will be send out short after the Amiganoid 2011 Event.

AEROS will be done for x86 and EfikaMX. AresOne and EfikaMX will get optimized versions with some commercial additions.
